At MAKEWAY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless:

Refund Process

Non-Returnable Items
